Peckerwood Manor

  It was a rainy start to the day when I woke up this morning, friends - both in the skies and in my heart. After a little coffee and a bagel smeared with a downright embarrassing amount of strawberry cream cheese, I decided I'd better bring out the big guns to attack my case of the dreary bleary blahs. Enter honorary Hor of the Manor, Ms. Lili Hayes. The last time we checked in with her, she was singing about a different kind of rain - the Purple kind  - and well, it doesn't usually get any better than that. But Ms. Hayes has a special kind of knack for topping herself at every turn, and the subject of this post is no exception. Today, Lili brings us the sun in a sky where there is none when she performs for us (with her son) in a short remake of Blind Melon's No Rain video .   Enjoy it here , lovely Peckerlings, and Happy Friday.

Excuse me, but I need you all to take a moment here and give this honorary Hor of the Manor, Miss Lili Hayes, some damn respect.
