This is how Frederick Richard, the American, history-making, bronze medal-winning Olympian gymnast, wakes up every morning - and you can't tell me otherwise. La-la-la-la. I don't hear you. Did you know? Frederick's medal win was the first time in almost 30 years that a Black man placed in the sport. He also became the youngest male American gymnast - period! - to win an individual, all-around medal at the 2023 World Artistic Gymnastics Championship. And, yes, he's currently swingle.
