While we Americans like to think of Canadians as polite, well-mannered citizens, they turn positively feral at the sight of Trump, as evidenced by a Trump punching bag which a group of ordinarily gracious Vancouver moose heads (allegedly!) were only to happy to punch, pummel and viciously kick.  C’est tiguidou, cheri. C'est le fun.  To which I say, we understand, eh-sayers, we understand. After all, we can't even escape our hell-hole of a country these days. Calisse, right? And though sane 'Muricans won big in the recent election, causing much amusing uproar , we ain't out of the woods yet . The stupid rich are still getting stupid rich , and it could all blow up before you know it. Chalice de   Crisse!   So keep punching and kicking, mon amis . We're hanging on by a thread here, and hoping that all won't be forgotten come the midterms in 2026. Because, tabarnak , that would be tres-tres hellacious, no?

My sister has Dobermans. She loves them, and so does her husband. That's her favorite breed, and if anyone has paid attention to things I say about my sister, it is fitting. But she ended up with a Frenchie duo as puppies. Someone she knew paid an enormous sum for them and then decided it had been a mistake. So she took them. They are little clowns, and she is in love with them. The dobermans are protective of them and seem in love, too. Her son has started making little movies with the dogs, and the Frenchies seem to be natural stars. 

You're getting old, dear. Did you know? "Saturday Night Fever" is 48 years-old this year, or like many of you, within spitting distance of 50. "How can this be?" you ask in horror. Sorry, Margaret, get out those crutch tips. Time marches on for everyone. Ariana Grande wore this custom Robert Wun dress for her performance at the "Wicked: One Wonderful Night" special. The blush pink piece was adorned with delicate butterflies on the bodice and skirt. Wun also created matching earrings and gloves to complete the look. I know Brows Grande is not popular in the Manor but I appreciate the sheer artistry of this look and think it suits her birdlike frame quite well.
