Also, later in life, she resided full-time at the Carlyle Hotel. Room service and cocktails 24/7. That's the way a hor should live!

While we Americans like to think of Canadians as polite, well-mannered citizens, they turn positively feral at the sight of Trump, as evidenced by a Trump punching bag which a group of ordinarily gracious Vancouver moose heads (allegedly!) were only to happy to punch, pummel and viciously kick.  C’est tiguidou, cheri. C'est le fun.  To which I say, we understand, eh-sayers, we understand. After all, we can't even escape our hell-hole of a country these days. Calisse, right? And though sane 'Muricans won big in the recent election, causing much amusing uproar , we ain't out of the woods yet . The stupid rich are still getting stupid rich , and it could all blow up before you know it. Chalice de   Crisse!   So keep punching and kicking, mon amis . We're hanging on by a thread here, and hoping that all won't be forgotten come the midterms in 2026. Because, tabarnak , that would be tres-tres hellacious, no?

Open Post: With The Chamber Pot Of Connubial Bliss!

During the Georgian era in Great Britain, chamber pots were coveted wedding gifts for the wealthy class, often delivered stuffed full of pound notes or coins, some with a merry olde message stamped onto their porcelain surface. Like this one from The Georgian House in Edinburgh, Scotland. The inscription reads: “This Pot it is A Present Sent, Some Mirth to make is only Meant. We hope the same you’ll not Refuse, But keep it safe and oft it Use. When in it, you Want to Piss, Remember them who sent you this. Keep me clean and use me well, And what I see I will not Tell.” Heavens, a lowly limerick worthy of a common bawd. Next thing you know, men and women will be displaying a shapely ankle to all and sundry, even those virile, husky stable boys who look so restless and excitable. Happy Open Post, darlings.
