Police in Norfolk, Nebraska received a call around 10am local time on Wednesday, August 30 about a cow that was inside a vehicle. The expected to find a calf sitting inside a car. Instead, they found this.

Yes, that is a Crown Victoria that has been modified to fit a full ass bull.

His name is Howdy Doody. The officer "addressed some traffic violations" and "issued a warning" before telling the driver to get the hell home.
