EVENING NIGHTCAP: Ian Ziering In Brawl. Dwayne Caught Lying. Snoop Dogg + Paris Olympics = Sacré Bleu!

► Actor Ian Zinfandel Ziering (Beverly Hills 90201, Sharknado) was involved in a brawl with a group of mini bikers in Los Angeles.  The brouhaha started when the mini bikers were driving like idiots on the street to no one's surprise. Apparently, one of them bumped into Ian's car. This pissed off Ian who got out of his car and took a swing at the biker.  BTW, his 10 year old daughter was in the front seat watching. Nice parenting, huh. This resulted in the mini bikers and Ian getting into it and then Ian running across the street where they caught up with him.  Shockingly, the police showed up very quickly. Despite quick police action, Ian used the incident to throw shade at the police and local government by saying they need, "to take decisive action against such lawlessness and provide the necessary resources to prevent future occurrences.Read More

Comment:  The entire incident was caught on video. Here's the link: Video.  I watched it and it's clear that Ian took the first swing at the biker. Seems like Ian's temper got the best of him. Taking the first swing is never a good look in the eyes of the law because technically it's defined as assault. I'm not defending the assholey bikers. I'm saying that it was stupid of Ian to do especially with his young daughter watching. I'm stumped  why in the hell he got out of his car in the middle of traffic to confront a gang. I don't care if they're driving mini-bikes, crotch rockets, or tricycles. In this day and age, confronting any gang is reckless. He should have stayed inside his car with his kid and waited for the police. On the other hand..maybe it's a pitch for a new reality show "Hood Tales from Suburban Dad".

► Well, look who got caught in a fib:  A few days ago, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson shared a video on social media documenting his first ever In/Out burger.  In the post Dwayne not only claimed he was an In/Out burger virgin but that he was didn't know the lingo, didn't know how to order or pay.  This stuck some fans as very odd - so internet sleuths got to work. It turns out Dwayne has posted similar "my first time eating" at In/Out burger videos.  In 2022 he posted a video of his "first" visit; and also in 2017 doing the same damn thing.  People are dumbfounded why Dwayne would lie about something so stupid - especially since he knew he was going to get caught because of past videos he uploaded on his SM pages. Comment:  Liar, liar burger on fire! Dwayne lying (again) about In/Out Burger is so odd. WTF was he thinking? Never mind...I answered my own question - he wasn't thinking. He never does. A fire fly's ass is brighter than this blockhead. Dwayne's common sense extends to the length of a toothpick.

► Rapper and gunja master Snoop Dog has signed on to be a commentator for the upcoming Paris summer Olympics which kick off July 26.  He will be reporting on NBC and Peacock.  Snoop said he will, "bring Snoop style to the coverage".  I secretly hope his geriatric waspy side kick Martha Stewart shows wearing a doily on her head and drinking Colt 45 from a paper bag.  Read More

Comment:  Having Snoop Dog provide coverage on the Olympics shows the desperation of the Olympic committee to keep the event relevant and attract viewers. Ratings for the games have been going downhill faster than a skier down a slalom course. Countries who have hosted them have been left in financial ruins, and the entire Olympic organization is almost as corrupt as FIFA. I'm sure Snoop will be an entertaining reporter in-between puffs from a blunt as he figures out how to pronounce the names of the athletes and the French venues. I'm actually looking forward to it.  And to think that 25 years ago some networks were banning and shunning him because of his music and  lifestyle. Back then NBC and Olympic execs would have been fired at the mere thought. Get that paycheck Snoop! Here's vintage Snoop - enjoy.
