Katy Perry was unable to attend last night's Met Gala as she "had to work" but that didn't stop people on the internet from generating AI pics of her seemingly on the event's red carpet. Perry claims even her mother was fooled by the photos. I admit they do look pretty realistic, which is what makes AI technology so freaky.

Behold the adored Mrs. Hannah "Treasure" O'Hara and her devoted pooch, Miss Thalia.
