OPEN POST: David Lynch's House is For Sale

  If you're a David Lynch fan and have $15 million lying around, you're in luck! The late director's 2.3-acre hillside compound in the heart of Hollywood hills has hit the market. Recognized by Historic Places LA as "an excellent example of Mid-Century Modern architecture", the home was originally designed by Lloyd Wright in 1963. Lynch originally purchased the three-bedroom house (known as Beverley House) in 1987, and purchased two neigbhbouring properties on Senalda Drive, one of which he used to house his production company, and the other he used as part of the film Lost Highway in 1997.  In 1991, Lynch commission Wright's son, Eric Lloyd Wright, to design a pool and pool house on the property. He also added a guest house and other small dwellings.  With a total of 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and 11,000 square feet, the property is sure to be snatched off the market soon given its iconic late owner.
