Meet "Snowman," a weary, anonymous Amish carthorse, age unknown, with harness sores. When he went to auction, he was sold to a horse meat dealer and loaded onto a trailer. Uh-oh. That's when Harry spotted him and made a much better offer. He thought this horse would be useful for lessons at the girls school he was teaching at.  But Snowman turned out to be a great deal more than that.
