Post A Pup Sundays: Dogs and Their Own Personal Kitten.

When we find abandoned kittens to take to a rescue, my dogs act like excited lunatics. They walk around and sniff and try to play or cuddle. My cat couldn't care less. She's like Ugh I am a childless renegade don't be looking at me to love it. Boy cat is okay to be next to it and groom it. Bird yells at it and then marches away. But the dogs are the true Ambassadors de Casa Fleur. Except for Neurotic Poodle. She studies it and then runs away. She will peek around corners and then run up and down the halls. Why? Why does she run around the halls and up and down stairs? Beats me. I have no idea why she reacts that way. Oh yes, because she is neurotic! ELECTION-FREE OPEN POST: Everybody Stay Calm!

Image
Who am I kidding, it's a stressful day. My thoughts are with all the US Peckers. Godspeed. And please note, today's Open Post will be a (relatively) peaceful, non-election Open Post for those who very wisely requested it. For election discussions, or anything politics-related today, kindly go to Peckerwood Manor's Election Panic-A-Gogo post . This is a safe space, as the kids say! And now for more kittens. Ahhhh. I feel calm and happy already.

Saturday is Caturday! The Kitten Lady Saves One Life at a Time. Post your babies, memes, photos, videos, or just tell a story!

If I can hire some full-time staff, I would expand it to include rabbits, farm animals, and horses. I have the space, resources, and heart; all I needed was the will.  It is going to take me about a year or so to organize and get a spot in my house ready, but with the wars going on and feeling helpless to do anything, I finally have the will. I have to help the world in some way, and it starts with my passion-animals. I will share some photos with you of the newborns and let you know how they progress.  So, in that vein, I thought a post about a true hero, The Kitten L...
