In today's episode of Things I Only Learned Just Recently, we discover that Michelle Pfeiffer apparently really has a thing for playing a puss on-screen. Long before her Catwoman days, Michelle was Samantha "Sunshine" Jensen, an LAPD officer part of a special unit called the Burglary Auto Detail (B.A.D.), on the short-lived 1980s series,  B.A.D. Cats. Produced by Aaron Spelling, the show centered around the special unit whose sole purpose involved tracking down car thieves in high-speed chases, with Michelle in booty shorts and her bouncy hair and lots of "wacka-wacka" music going on in the background, probably. Fortunately, and unlike my long-running Things I Only Learned Just Recently  series, B.A.D. Cats  only lasted 10 episodes, opening the door for her to REALLY show us the full range of her craft in future projects: And thank fuck for that
