    ► Comedian and actor Paul Rodriguez (70) was arrested for possession of narcotics during a traffic stop in California. Paul was the passenger in the car when cops turned on their cherry tops and pulled them over for a traffic violation. No word on what the "traffic violation" was. After searching the car, cops gave Paul and whoever was driving a set of their finest steel bracelets and dragged their asses to jail.  He was released and is scheduled to appear in court next month. Paul's attorney said he will fight the charges because Paul was a passenger who fully cooperated with the cops, and did not have any controlled substances on him.
