Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish that is wraps chicken around cheese (with sometimes ham). It's prepared by taking a chicken breast, placing a slice of cheese and ham and rolling it up. It's then breaded and fried or baked. Chef Beckham doesn't have time for all those steps, so this is his version.

OPEN POST: Melissa Joan Hart Wrote a Sweet Tribute to Martin Mull

The late, great Martin Mull passed away this week and it's bittersweet to read people's tributes to him. He has had so many wonderful projects over the years and by all accounts was a sweet and incredibly talented person. Melissa Joan Hart, who starred in Sabrina the Teenage Witch alongside Mull, wrote a lovely post about the actor on her instagram page. I am tearing up! Rest in peace, Mr Mull.
