WEEKEND MORNING COFFEE: Stupid People Think Alaska Is An Island. Bidding Begins For Britney Movie Adaptation. Mariah Gets The Barbie Treatment.

 

 

After finding out there are people in the USA who think Alaska is an island, I'm skipping over the pleasantries this morning. I'm too frustrated knowing these morons are roaming free. No wonder the world is in the shitter. 

♦ Bidding for the movie rights to adapt Britney Spears memoir, The Woman In Me, to the big screen has begun. The production companies owned by Brat Pitt, Reece Witherspoon, and Margo Robbie are making hefty bids for the movie rights. It's also being reported that Britney is in talks to create a documentary based on the book. Read More

Comment: If Reece or Margot win, I hope they don't cast themselves in the role of Britney. While we're at it, Britney better not insist being in the movie as herself. We don't need a Crossroads 2.0. I don't see how a big screen adaptation will appeal to the public. Biopics can be tricky. Anyway, if the project ever gets off the ground the casting for who will play Justina Timberlake, Kevin Federline, and the Cheetolings (her kids) should be interesting. I can see Brat Pitt casting himself as her dad, if he wins the bidding.

♦ Today in "Yup, People Are THAT Stupid":  Sabriena  Abbre, 25, from Utah, is bashing the US education system for failing to educate her that Alaska is not an island as depicted in maps. She uploaded a video on Tik Tok fuming at teachers and entire education system because she was lead the believe that Alaska was an island, and not connected to the US and Canada. According to Sabriena:

"I graduated high school with A's and B's. This is absolutely criminal".

She also mentioned that other Tik Tokers are sharing their stories of when they realized that Alaska was not an island.  Sabriena blames her stupidity lack of knowledge on maps that depict Alaska standing alone in the middle of the ocean along with Hawaii (see below). Someone needs to tell Sabriena the education system didn't fail her. It's her ignorance and lack of common sense that did. Instead of spending time with her head up her ass on social media, this dingbat should pick up a book and read. Read More

Comment:  Sabriena is too stupid for me to waste my time and insults on. That goes for anyone out there who thinks that Alaska is an island. While we're at it...Hawaii IS NOT off the coast of Texas-  in case anyone out there thinks it is.  I'll let this gif do the talking for me.
