EVENING NIGHTCAP: Vin Diesel Slapped With A Lawsuit. Dukes Of Hazzard Actor In Hot Water. Jo Koy Draws The Short Straw.

►  Looks like we have a candidate for PW Manor's Shit Bag of the Month Club. Actor Vin Diesel has been slapped with a lawsuit for sexual battery. The lawsuit was filed by his ex-assistant Asta Jonasson who worked with him on the Fast Furious 5 back in 2010.  According to the filing, Jonasson claims that Vin, "pinned her to a wall where he groped and masturbated in front of her. The complaint names Diesel’s One Race Films, which allegedly fired Jonasson in retaliation for resisting his advances and to have the “assault covered up.” Damn...that's is some shit bag behavior.  Jonasson signed an NDA but California (where the lawsuit was filed) changed legislation that no longer requires the enforcement of an NDA in certain instances for sexual misconduct. Comment:  I'm not surprised by this. Vin seems like an industrial grade jagoff who enjoys being a bully. Now that his ex-assistant is suing him, I have a feeling we will see others come forward.  Stay tune.

► Actor John Schneider (of Dukes of Hazzard and countless forgettable TV movies that require the acting prowess of pancake batter) is in trouble with the US Secret Service. He went on a public rant on SM threatening the POTUS, his family, and the VP of the US. As one would expect with a MAGA rat, he quickly deleted the post and tried to claim it was a misunderstanding and that "he implied no such things".  The US Secret Service thinks otherwise and has opened an investigation.  Ha, ha...you're not walking it back jagoff.   Read More

Comment:  If the US Secret Service finds the threat to be credible, he faces up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.   Extremists, delusional wackos like him are dangerous because they are hell bent on using violence to achieve their goal of tearing the US apart in their quest for power. They will lie and use whatever means necessary to convince themselves it's to protect some way-of-life that excludes everyone but themselves. John and his ilk can piss off in the wind.

► Comedian Jo Koy drew the short straw and got stuck hosting the 81st Golden Globes award show on January 7.  According to insiders, the award show had a hard time finding someone to host it. Yea, not shit...the show airs in 2 weeks.  Supposedly Chris Rock, Ali Wong, Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes turned it down. Read More

Comment: Jo must need the paycheck. Why would he host an award show whose ratings have put it on the expressway to irrelevancy?  You know who they should have asked: JLo. It would be the closest she'll ever get to winning an industry award. Plus, you know she would demand 50 wardrobe changes and make it all about her.
