EVENING NIGHTCAP: Prince Waaagh & Walmart Wallis Rebrand. Katy Perry Ditching American Idol. Alyssa Getting Slammed....AGAIN.

Programming note:  A new work project is cutting into my free time. For the next few weeks, Evening Nightcap might only be featured 2-3x/ per week. Thanks for your understanding.

Let's get to the good stuff!

► Prince Waaagh and Walmart Wallis rolled out their new branding and website to the fanfare of...no one.  The two of them previously used SussexRoyal.com and Archewell.com for their grifting philanthropic endeavors which consisted of raising sofa change in terms of donations for Archewell.  They are telling supporters (insert laugh) to go to their newly relaunched website, Sussex.com.  So what's different about the new website? Well, they dropped "royal" from the domain name. BUT...they managed to sneak-in the RF coat of arms. It also has an "About" page that includes a bio for each of them that is padded with so much bullshit that you need wear waders to sludge through through it.  Prince Waaagh describes himself as, "humanitarian, military veteran, mental health advocate, and environmental campaigner”, while Walmart Wallis describes herself as “feminist and champion of human rights and gender equity who has been named “one of the most influential women in the world” in a series of tables."  The internet isn't buying what they're selling.  Below are some of the more *cough* heartfelt sentiments: Read More

“Harry and Meghan are *still* branding themselves as ‘the Sussexes,'” one royalist tweeted. “They abandoned their duty to this country, insulted our people and history, mocked our traditions & undermined our monarchy. The brass to keep parasitising off this title!”

“Perfect summary of these two grasping title clingons!” a second person responded.

“Umm, these two nincompoops do realize they are not ‘Sussex,’ right? The gall of buying http://Sussex.com, and including a royal crest, though they hate the royals, is ridiculous,” another tweeted.

“The registration of http://Sussex.com is a new low even for our world-class grifters. When all else fails, let’s just go back to merching our Royal links. The Royal Family must be aghast at this crass commercialization of their millennium-old monarchy.” one more added.

Comment: Ha, ha, ha..."Title Clingons" is GENIUS! The rebranding and new website is such a lame vanity attempt by these two to get back in the good graces of the public. It still hasn't sunk into their craniums they are a joke and that the public relishes in mocking them. The only contribution to society they're making is comedy fodder.

► After 7 seasons, Katy Perry is saying "adios" to American Idol.  First of, I have no idea why she was on it to begin with. She is THE WORST pop singer of the past decade. She doesn't sing...she yoddels. Gaaah! Anyway, the reason she's ditching the show is because she wants to work on new music. Read More

Comment:  So she's leaving a steady gig to make new music? No thanks. I don't think anyone is clamoring for Katy to release new music.  I think the reason she's leaving is because she's seeing her stardom waning and wants to compete with  Tay-Tay and BeYAWNce for attention in the air waves.  She wants to be part of the cool-girl clique with them in the trifecta of overblown egos.

► After the backlash she received for creating a Go Fund Me for her son's baseball team to raise $10,000 for a trip to Cooperstown (despite being super wealthy +  having rich friends she could have asked for donations instead of asking us plebs for help), you'd think Alyssa would lay low and be more discreet. NOPE.  Alyssa Milano showed just how out of touch she is by posting a picture of herself and family at Superbowl. Tickets to the game started at $11,000 / each for decent (not great) seats. The internet wasn't having any of it and, once again, she's getting another Patrick Swayze roundhouse kick to the head for being an entitled, out of touch jackass.  Read More

"How can he get to the game and you request money to take his team to Cooperstown?"

"How out of touch are you?"

"So, that's where all of the 'donated funds' went....makes sense."

Is this why you created the Go Fund Me? To get you and your kid to the Super Bowl?"

Comment:  Between the tickets plus hotel, airfare, food, security, and incidentals, Alyssa easily spent about $50,000 on attending the Superbowl. For that amount of money she could have flown her son's entire team on a private jet to Cooperstown. This gif represents my sentiments about this:
