EVENING NIGHTCAP: Tay-Tay Gonna Diss Joe? RIP To Toby Keith. Gina Sues Disney...and I'm laughing.

► American singer and songwriter Toby Keith has died. He was 62. Cause of death was stomach cancer which he had been battling since 2022. Toby's career began in 1993 with the debut single of "Should've Been A Cowboy". The song was an instant hit ranking #1 on the Billboard Country chart.  From there, he continued to release hit singles and albums over the years.  Toby also dabbled in acting by appearing in TV commercials and guest appearances on TV shows. Toby was a polarizing figure politically. He described himself "a conservative Democrat".  He supported President George Bush Jr.; but he was against the Iraq war. He supported President Barack Obama by calling him, "the best Democratic candidate we've had since Bill Clinton". But years later, he became an independent and played at Orange Turd's inaugural ball. Comment: Condolences to his family.

► Tay-Tay announced she's releasing a new album, "The Tortured Poets Department".  She must have ripped off drawn inspiration from the movie, Dead Poets Society, and Joe Alwyn's What's App group called, "The Tortured Man Club" with buddies Paul Mescal and Andrew Scott.  Tay-Tay and Joe dated from 2016-2023, and kept it low key because....well, it's Joe, he's British and he's doesn't give off "thirsty for attention" vibes.  Song titles include, "So Long, London" and "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived".  Damn...that's brutal and harsh. Who else could the album be about? Anyway, sources close to Joe had this to say: Read More and Read Some More

"Joe has not said one word about Taylor or their breakup and has been completely respectful of her," the source said. "It's undeniable that the name of her upcoming album is in reference to Joe's WhatsApp group chat". It may just be that she is reflecting on their time together and he is hoping it is nothing more. If it is a diss album, that is shady. He helped her with song writing on her past album so it will really come as a shock to him if she talks about their breakup, as it is something he has not spoken of at all. Regardless of what she does, he will still not respond because he has removed himself from her narrative and is very glad, he did."

Comment: We all know the album will be about their breakup and whatever grievances she's going whine about. That's her modus operandi. Tay-Tay uses secret codes and other juvenile tactics to trash whomever she has an issue with.  She has the emotional intelligence of a 13 year old trapped in a 35 year old body.  All one has to do is look at her past records of failed contract faux romances relationships and the albums released afterwards. They are nothing more than one long, never ending list of disses about her exes. Wait until she and Travis break up. Those 2 jumped on that media-made "romance" a few months after she broke up with Joe. It boosted their respective careers and has made them shitload of money. When they split she'll release a double album of 37 songs and a tour called "The NFL: Neckless Forgotten Louse".

► Former mixed martial artist and second-rate actress Gina Carano is suing Disney for being fired from The Mandalorian back in 2021.  Gina was fired by the Mouse House for expressing ultra right wing MAGA opinions, spreading misinformation, and for posting what people have described as transphobic, bigot views. Gina's lawsuit against Disney is being funded by the ball of snot known as Elon Musk. In the filing, she wants the court to force Lucasfilm to recast her back on the show.  Read More

Comment: Ha, ha, ha...well, good luck with that. People have tried to screw with the Mouse House and end up regretting it. It always ends in disaster. Just ask Florida Governor Ron Demented Desantis. Disney will never recast her. They'll cancel the show before letting that happen. Anyway, somewhere in Disney's legal department this is what they're drafting as a response to her and Elon:
