EVENING NIGHTCAP: The Feds Arrest Diddy And He's Denied Bail (ha, ha, ha!). Mariah Money Troubles? Charlie Hunnam As Ed Gein.

► Sean "Diddler Diddy" Combs was arrested yesterday by the feds and today the indictment was unsealed. It includes charges of sex trafficking, pimping, racketeering, being a mouth breather, and hosting stupid white parties (okay, the last two I added).  It was mentioned in the indictment that when the feds raided his Miami and Los Angeles houses earlier this year, they found 1,000 bottles of baby oil. Ewwe....I'm not mentally going there. "The music mogul engaged in a “pervasive pattern of abuse” that included assaulting and arranging forced sexual encounters with women. For decades, Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct,” the indictment stated. The sex trafficking allegations revolve around claims that he “manipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with male commercial sex workers,” who were often flown in across state lines and internationally."

Comment: Another notable item in the indictment is that prosecutors are investigating all associates of Diddy, including "anyone else they believed committed crimes with him". Mmm...does this mean that JLo is under investigation since she supposedly carried and gave Diddy a gun that was used in a shooting when they were dating years ago? Stay tune.

► Whispers of Mariah Carey having money problems are making the rounds. According to insiders, the chanteuse spends about $1 million / per month to sustain her diva lifestyle. This includes spending $45,000 on spa services for her dog, $100,000 / per month on flowers, and $10,000 on hair and makeup every time she goes out. That means if she leaves her mansion for a McFlurry and Big Mac, it cost her $10,000 to get ready every single time. BTW, she also pays someone to fan her while her makeup and hair are being done. Despite having a reported net worth of $350 million, Mariah borrowed $18.6 million in loans and cash advances to cover expenses. Comment:  What kind of doggie spa treatment costs $45,000?  When I take my dog to the groomer, it's $65 for a wash, nail trim, anal glands expression, and grooming - and she gets a free bandana as a departing gift. I'm sure Mariah's dog doesn't wear a bandana. It probably gets a Harry Winston gold and diamond dog collar emblazoned with emeralds and sapphires that was blessed by the Dali Lama. Mariah better reign in her spending before she finds herself singing with a drunk Santa at an all you can eat buffet in Branson, Missouri.

► For fans of true crime, there will be a third season of Netflix's "Monsters".  Season 3 will feature Charlie Hunnam (of Sons of Anarchy). He will play the role of Ed Gein (known as the Butcher of Plainfield).  If you don't know who Ed Gein was, he was the inspiration for the movies Psycho, Silence of the Lambs, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Being the inspiration for these movies tells you that his crimes were the stuff of nightmares.  If you decide to look him up, be warned. He was an extremely disturbed and vile person. Comment:  I enjoyed Charlie's acting on Sons of Anarchy. Personally, I can't see him depicting Ed Gein. Ed was a small, lanky, icky man. He was 5'7" tall (1.70 m) and weighed 130 lbs (58 kg). Charlie is 6' 1" ft tall (1.82 m) and weighs 165 lbs (74 kg). I hope he doesn't embark on a crash diet like Christian Bale did for "The Machinist". Eh, whatever. Good luck.

Is Sunday a day of rest for you? How do you lazy? During the summer, me and the hubs sometimes pop gummies and float in the pool or meet friends for brunch. It's Monday, which is harsh enough. But everything's better with one simple ingredient: Cher. See? Just reading that made you feel good.  Did you know? She was almost cast in "Thelma & Louise." No, for reals.  Before Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis were cast, she was offered one of the lead roles, but turned it down. Why? We don't know. Cher will be Cher. She also turned down the Sarah Connor role in "The Terminator." Can you imagine Cher opposite Ah-nold? Yeah, that's a "no" for me, dawg.   I was recently reminiscing about visiting my grandmother's house and totally forgot that she had her couch and loveseat wrapped in plastic! Furniture from "back in the day" lasted much longer than it seems to now, so it's not surprising our elders wanted to make sure it stayed pristine, even if you got swamp ass while sitting on it on a hot day!
