It's pumpkin-boob season, y'all! Heidi Montag and her family had this totally casual, not-at-all-staged pap shoot at the local pumpkin patch. Heidi was sporting a sun burn and an absolutely ATROCIOUS outfit, but her boys looked happy which is all that matters.
