Source: Matt Baron/Shuttershock Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt made an appearance at the American Music Awards last night. In a sea of "who???!"s it was nice to see some familiar faces, even if they might have a few more ounces of filler in them. It seems like only yesterday we were snarking on Speidi over on Dlisted. I can't believe those two crazy kids really stuck it out.
