Who is February's Shitbag of the Month?
Our first Shitbag finalist is Kanye West. No stranger to the Shitbag lineup, the disgraced rapper has landed here for spewing hate-filled anti-semitic, misogynistic, and homophobic rants on his X. After this outburst, he paid for a 30-second Superbowl ad during which he encouraged viewers to go to his website, where he was selling $20 t-shirts depicting a swastika symbol. Kuntye went off the deep-end long ago, but this is part of an ever-increasing number of men in the public eye growing comfortable in supporting Nazism. What is going on?!
Second up we have Brian Cox. The Succession star did an interview with The iPaper, during which he decried the cancellation of Kevin Spacey. Cox says Spacey is a dear friend of his, and even though Kevin did "certain things" he's also done a lot of extraordinary work. He said he's never found Kevin Spacey abusive and that Spacey was just acting out while coming to terms with his own sexuality. "How dare you cancel anybody?!" the 78-year old Boomer cried. Spacey did not act in any projects since his serial sexual assaults came to light, but he has since starred in two films in 2024.
Third on the list is Steve Bannon. As if having one Nazi supporter in this list wasn't bad enough, we now add another. Trump's former top advisor was accused of having made a Nazi salute while yelling "Fight! Fight! Fight!" at the Conservative Political Action Conference this month. Just like his barrel-bodied peer, Elon Musk, he denied having made the gesture and simply claimed he was waving. Sure, Jan.
Fourth up is The Slow One, aka. Kourtney Kardashian. The oldest of the K-trash sisters was photographed at a protest this month demanding that the debris from the LA wildfires not be dumped in Calabasas. She posed alongside a sign saying "Dump the toxic waste in Kettleman Hills Buttonwillow - not by our homes and schools." Basically, she and her neighbours want the toxic waste to be dumped on the poors! The Kettleman City supervisor has demanded an apology from Kourtney but doesn't appear to have received one.
Our last Shitbag contender has made the list for his sartorial crimes. Timothée Chalamet, who has been photographed virtually every single second of this month for his Oscars campaign, has assaulted our eyeballs with his awful facial hair and even worse outfits. On one hand it's nice to see male actors having a little more fun on the red carpets, but on the other hand, ew!
