  A reddit user recently posted a photo of this toilet located in Rataskaevu 16, a restaurant in Tallinn, Estonia. Apparently this kind of feature is prevalent among historical cities across Europe when new spaces are built on top of archaeological sites. Old Town Tallinn is a Unesco world heritage site, with well-maintained buildings that date back to the 13th century.
