Like the rest of the country, this duck right here has absolutely had it with Florida, and he's letting a bitch KNOW, one town at a time. Quackie Chan, seen above taunting Cape Coral resident James Sepulveda, recently bit the man and and several other neighbors, sending at least one of them to the hospital - I assume because Floriduh, but also probably simply for the sport - to which I say, you know what:
