The Peckerwood Manor Recipe Box!

The Problem: Someone shares a recipe in their comments on Open Post or elsewhere and you want to use it. Yet by the time you remember to cut and paste the recipe, it's lost amidst hundreds comments that you don't have time to wade through. Darn it, now that recipe's gone, and you don't even remember who shared it!

The Solution: Thanks to Raincoaster's suggestion, it's The Peckerwood Manor Recipe Box! Hooray! Here's how it works. See a posted recipe you like in someone's comments in an Open Post or elsewhere? Just copy it, come to this page, and past it into a comment that you post. Add to that post as much as you like with additional recipes any time, or simply add another post.

That way, when you want to refer back to your recipes, you only have to do search for your own Disqus name on this page - and there they'll all be. Ta-da! You can find this page anytime by doing a site search for "Peckerwood Manor Recipe Box" or simply "Recipe Box."

Is this the best solution? Yes, because Disqus doesn't allow you to tag individual comments for you own collection (unless someone knows something I don't). Plus, it'll be fun to wade through everyone else's saved recipes.

I'll start things off by posting "Crema Catalana," a dee-licious dessert recipe by MFleur that I know I'll want to make in the future. So easy! Now you try.
