Who is July's Shitbag of the Month?

First up is former NFL player Jay Cutler. Kristin Cavallari's ex-husband faced backlash this month when he shared a photo of himself on instagram with a dead Sable antelope that he hunted. He captioned the photo "Kicked off the Africa hunt with this beauty. Sable down." While trophy hunting is regulated in South Africa and often the meat from these killings is given to the locals, it still sparks massive criticism for being inhumane and unnecessary. Cutler didn't seem overly bothered by the comments, though, as he continued to share more photos of the two other animals he killed. Nice one!

Second up are Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the company's head of HR, Kristin Cabot. In the video seen around the world, two two were caught on the Kiss Cam at a Coldplay concert earlier this month. As soon as the two noticed they were being filmed, they ducked away and hid their faces. Immediately it was revealed that the pair were both married to OTHER PEOPLE and had been carrying on an affair. Byron has since stepped down from his role at the company and it appears both of their marriages are in shambles. Yikes.

Speaking of concerts, our third contender is Justin Timberlake. The singer faced criticism when clips from his recent concerts surfaced where he was barely singing and relied heavily on the crowd to perform his songs. People rightfully pointed out that fans pay handsomely to see their favourite singers perform their music, and such laziness is unacceptable. Well, a couple weeks later, it was revealed that Timberlake allegedly suffers from chronic Lyme disease, which helps explain his lacklustre stage presence of late. Uh huh.

Fourth on our list is Sydney Sweeney. The Euphoria actress starred in an ad for American Eagle jeans that had people in an uproar. In the ad, Sweeney talks about how genes are passed down from parents to offspring, determining traits like hair colour, eye colour, and even personality. She then says her "jeans" are blue. Critics of the ad say that it is celebrating traits typically associated with whiteness, and has racist undertones. Amid the controversy, Sweeney's voter registration card was posted online, confirming that she is an active Republican voter. Are we surprised?

Our last Shitbag is Sarah Jessica Parker. Now she could make this list simply for unleashing the trash heap that is And Just Like That, but the real reason the actress is included is because of her comments about being a poor back in the day before she got famous. In an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Parker said that when she was 18 she really had to be careful about spending, only withdrawing funds from her account "very judiciously." She said she would have to make $40 stretch over three days! Adjusted for inflation, that amounts to about $130. Can you imagine?! She then went on to say that there is "security in financial gain." No, duh.
