Retro Trash Classic: 1992's "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me" by Ecce Homo!

Photo Credit: Mad Dog/October Films What are your favorite retro-trash movies?  In the 90s, after seeing "Blade Runner" for the first time, I fell in love with Sean Young and rented just about anything she appeared in from my local Blockbuster. My WORD, the crap I sat through. "Baby: Secret Of The Lost Legend," "The Boost," "A Kiss Before Dying" (where she made Razzie history by being the first actress to win both Worst Actress and Worst Supporting Actress for her roles as twin sisters), "Love Crimes," "Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde" (oh my gosh, it's so awful, and I actually saw it in the theater!).  I kept looking for some spark of what I originally found in her, and I saw it in only a few ("No Way Out," "Ace Ventura," a very few others). But I'd read about some indie film she made called "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me" and some people said it was great, and some people said it was pornographic ...

SHARON STONE SHOCKER! Or Here-Go-Hell-Come With #MeToo Again!

"Crazy" and "difficult" are adjectives female movie stars just can't seem to escape. And the #MeToo stories which accompany them? They just keep coming. Late last week, Sharon Stone dropped a doozy. It was the 1980s. She was a young, rising star gaining notice for her beauty and her acting abilities - a formidable combo. All of which earned her several "general meetings" with powerful studio executives around town, or the type of meetings which allow executives to size up a star they've heard so much about, ask them what types of projects they're interested in, and who they'd like to work with. Or at least that's how it's supposed to go.  But when Stone entered the office of an unnamed Sony executive at this time - I'm going to take a wild guess and assume it wasn't Dawn Steel - the tenor of the meeting changed when the executive, unprompted and out of nowhere, dropped trou and expected a hood rinse, as they say.
