OPEN POST: Do What You Want!

Hey hors, today's post is a gonna be a quickie, so you can go ahead and leave your shoes on (not that I'd know anything about that). In fact, since today's Friday, I highly recommend that you to do WHATEVER you want! Wanna stuff an entire meaty, greasy pizza in your pie hole? Do it! Feel like burritoing yourself in your blankie with a furry friend? Get to it! How does an evening out on the town with your bestie sound? Or a curling up with a good book and an entire bottle a nice glass of wine? Whatever it is that tickles your fancy, by all means, friends, DO IT! Need a little encouragement? Don't worry, I got just the thing. All you gotta do is look in the mirror, click your heels three times, and say, "Give me the night!" and it's yours!

Trump and The Epstein Files! It's the nightmarish gift that keeps on giving (this list continuously updates).  And not just in America, but across the pond, too.  Recently, however, it's not the perpetrators who're leaping into the the spotlight, but their enablers, chief amongst them, Pam Bondi,  America's execrable Attorney General who refused to apologize to the many victims of sexual assault and rape in The Epstein Files - quite a few of whom were underage at the time they were victimized. Why? Because doing so, she said, would be getting "down in the gutter." Whose gutter, her own or someone else's, was not specified.  Also unspecified, or left unexplained, was what the stock market has to do with prosecuting rapists and their enablers, or why pursuing justice against criminals, ostensibly Pam's job as Attorney General, has taken a backseat to the NASDAQ. OPEN POST: With A Whole Mood!

So I was driving down this incline last November and a particular song was playing. I did a u'ey, drove back up the hill and took this picture.  I listen to the oldies stations 75% of the time and they rarely play "Love is Blue" (nor do they play "Classical Gas" often enough), but meanwhile we're subjected on a daily basis to "Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones (though I'm partial to this version). It's an okay song but enough , so this was kind of nice to hear and it feels appropriate to the view: Happy Open Post, darlings! Photo Credits: AK
