EVENING NIGHTCAP: "I Was Only A Schmuck & Goopy Hurt My Feelings" - Says Harvey. Eyeroll Please...Rachel Zegler Interview.
In keeping with yesterday's theme of garbage people, today we have Harvey Weinstein's first-ever jail interview. Then, Rachel Zegler spouting off about Snow White, the pitfalls of fame...bla, bla, bla.
► Convicted POS Harvey Weinstein (73) granted The Hollywood Reporter an exclusive interview as he rots away in Rikers Island awaiting his second trial that's scheduled for April. To save you the trouble of taking a Silkwood shower, I took one for the PW Manor team. Harvey said that he's kept separate from other inmates. One inmate knocked him in the face when Harvey asked to use the phone, but he didn't tattled when guards asked what happened. He also admitted that 2 of his kids have nothing to do with him while some of his other kids visit him frequently. Oh, and he's confident that he'll be proven innocent. Below are the highlights.Read More

- When asked about his “fatal flaw,” Weinstein admitted that he “overstepped” his boundaries.
- When pressed, he concedes that his behavior may have been loutish, pathetic and even abusive." “But he insists he’s no rapist — just an oversexed schmuck who made some stupid moves and accidentally launched a global social movement.”
- “I could be a horrible bully. I used power in an arrogant way. I was pushy and insistent, and I feel terrible,” he said. “I’m ashamed of that behavior, and I see it now in ways that I couldn’t before.”
- He said money was the motivator for the accusations against him. "You know, one woman got half a million dollars. Another got paid $500,000. A third got $3 million. All anyone had to do to walk off with a check was fill out a form that said I sexually assaulted them. So they filled it out, and the insurance company eventually paid out tens of millions of dollars. And Disney, too — Disney didn’t want a public fight, so they just paid people to go away."
- Harvey said that Goopy speaking out against him was the most upsetting thing ever because they were good friends. He said of Goopy: "this person who was a friend, who owes her career to me, just stabs me in the back. She wanted to be part of the crowd. I won’t forgive her for that."
Comment: Harvey has ZERO remorse for his actions. Given the answers to the reporter's questions, he's a delusional walrus who is still on an egotistical power trip. He feels HE was the victim, despite the fact that over 100 women came forward to share the trauma they endured from him.
► In a sit-down with Harper's Bazaar, Rachel Zegler (24), the Gen Z actress / singer / Miss Know-It-All discussed the trash heap flops of Snow White and West Side Story. In true Zegler fashion, she took no accountability for sinking Snow White. In case you forgot, Zegler criticized the original story at every opportunity, which pissed off a lot of people. To make matters worse, she went on a media tour saying that Snow White should ditch the loser prince and embrace her inner bad-ass boss-bitch-from hell. The Disney machine finally stepped in to shut her up. By then, the damage was done.
What struck me about the Harper's interview was that she hasn't learned a thing from her self-made career implosion. She also said people complained West Side Story (it was a flop). Maybe people didn't like the movie because the original didn't need rebooting. And Zegler's and Ansel's acting fell flat, they had no chemistry. But, Spielberg wanted to reboot it with his own "spin". The interview starts with Zegler sharing that someone paid her a compliment. Instead of accepting it and saying thank you, she responded like the female version of Jaden Smith: Read More
"Somebody told me the other day that I’d aged very well,” confides Rachel Zegler, raising her eyebrows in incredulity. “I was like, ‘I’m still in utero! I’m a zygote…’”
Comment: Insufferable. That's the best way to describe Zegler. It's a shame she's so full of herself. She has a very good singing voice; plus she's attractive and has a unique look which is refreshing to see these days. With the more training, she become a decent actor. But her personality...ugh! She needs a heaping slice of humble pie with a side of reality. I see low budget indies or dinner theater in her future.
