Who is May's Shitbag of the Month?

Our first cuntender is Richard Dreyfuss. The actor sparked controversy when he went on a misogynistic, transphobic rant while at a special screening of Jaws at the Cabot Theatre in Boston on May 25th. He first stepped on the stage in a dress, then proceeded to say that parents shouldn't listen to their kids when they tell them they identify as a different gender. He considers it bad parenting to let your kid figure out their own gender identity, since they might change their minds someday. Next he called Steven Spielberg an idiot. He then went on to say how much he admires Barbra Streisand (I mean, who doesn't?!), but that despite her "genius" he chooses not to listen to her because "a woman shouldn't have that power." Uh, k. Hundreds of people reportedly ditched the event in disgust. 

Next up is Kathy Hilton. The reality star showcased her "cost effective" jewelry line this month, which she claims was inspired by her late pal Elizabeth Taylor. One could argue that this comes off rather tone deaf, considering Hilton showcased the line from inside her massive mansion in Bel Air. The prices in this line range from $125 to $3,000. She says she used to call it "travel jewelry" but now it's jewelry she actually wears! See, poors, she's just like you! Now buy her tacky shit!

Third is John Legend (his wife, Chrissy, is a natural-born shitbag). Earlier this month, he was recorded on cellphone kicking three girls out of a photo booth so that he and Chrissy could take some photos. Rude! Not only that, but Legend has received some backlash for having collaborated with previously crowned Shitbag, Diddy, on a song called Kim Porter back in 2023. Legend has since claimed he is horrified by the allegations against Diddy, but the collab was around the same time as Cassie's lawsuit against the rapper, which isn't a good look. You know what they say: when you surround yourself with shitbags, you're bound to stink as well!

Fourth up is Kelly Rowland. Beyonce's BFF was snapped while snapping at an unknown usher at the Cannes film festival in late May. The usher, who we'll get to shortly, was reportedly forcing Rowland off the carpet while she stopped to wave at someone in the crowd. Rowland claims she was being kicked off the carpet because of "how she looks," but it's also been reported that the Cannes ushers are notoriously strict with moving guests along the carpet quickly and Rowland was not being discriminated against. 

Last up is the mystery Cannes usher herself! In addition to the on-carpet tiff with Kelly Rowland, the usher also had run-ins with Massiel Taveras, South Korean actress Yoona, and Ukrainian model Sawa Pontyjska. The latter is suing the Cannes festival, after she claims she was brutally restrained by the usher while on the steps of the red carpet in a video that went viral. She claims she not only experienced acute pain but also psychological trauma from the confrontation.
