EVENING NIGHTCAP: Happy New Year! Tori & Brian's Cancelled Party. Oprah's Impressive Booze Skills.

 

 As we give the middle finger to the shit show 2025 has been, let's toast 2026. Happy New Year!

► Donna & David Silver (Govt Names: Tori Spelling & Brian Austin Green) combined their Z-list superpowers in hopes of achieving D- celeb status with the plan to host a party at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The event was billed as, "90s After Dark Party". A very fitting name. Who would want to be seen in broad daylight with those two. Also joining Donna & David in trying to recapture their long lost celeb status was the group, Color Me Badd. Coincidentally, the event was to have taken place on what would have been Donna's & David's 25th wedding anniversary on Beverly Hills 90210. But...things didn't go as planned. With a little over a day's notice, the event was cancelled due to Tori having health issues. Awwwe. BAG didn't share any comments about the cancellation. Comment: Um, I'm not buying the health reason excuse. Me thinks it was poor ticket sales. Seriously, who can afford Las Vegas these days? I've read some venues are charging $12 for a measly bottle of water. The few tourists going to Vegas aren't not going to cough up thousands of dollars to attend a party hosted by two has-beens. Oh, and having Color Me Badd as the musical act is not sweetening the pot either.  

► The Mighty O (Govt Name: Oprah Winfrey) is yapping that GLP-1 injections not only helped her drop weight (and no....I'm not talking about Steadman) but also curb her thirst for the Jesus Juice.  In an upcoming interview for People Magazine, she said  her past self,  "could out drink everyone at the table" until she started using GLP-1s in 2023". Since going on weight loss injections, she said she no longer craves booze. She further added:  Read More

 "I was a big fan of tequila. I literally had 17 shots one night," she told PEOPLE. "I haven't had a drink in years. The fact that I no longer even have a desire for it is pretty amazing."

Comment: Welp, that confession about her past booze habits explains a few things about her. BTW, does she know that booze & mixed drinks can have a lot of calories? Maybe that's part of the reasons she had issues losing weight. Eh, whatever. I am impressed with her with chugging skills. It takes a lot of  experience to slam down 17 tequila shots in one night. Dayum! And to think she shamed and judged Lindsay Lohan. What's that old saying about glass houses?
